I had a delightful stay at this hotel that really set the bar high for my future travels. The clean and comfortable rooms made resting easy, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, enhancing my experience. Dining was a highlight, especially the evening meals, though I felt the portion sizes could use a bit of an upgrade. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here, but I would love to see more generous servings during mealtime.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of its comfortable atmosphere and good dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which really enhanced my experience. On the downside, the noise from the bar can be a bit disruptive, especially late at night, and it would be nice to have more variety on the dinner menu. Overall, it's a solid choice, especially for families looking for a convenient base to explore nearby attractions.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was great and the staff were friendly, the dining experience left much to be desired, especially during afternoon tea. The facilities were not up to par, particularly the spa and pool areas, which was disappointing given the hotel's reputation. Overall, I wouldn't say I got good value for my money considering the condition of the amenities.

6.6/10
My stay at the hotel started strong with the friendly staff who made our arrival special, especially when the receptionist wished me a happy birthday. However, things went downhill when we ended up in a downgraded room that didn't match what we booked and there was much confusion with room types. The dining experience was a highlight, but the overall frustrations with the room and check-in experience left much to be desired.
Rooms
5.0
Our room was smaller than expected, and it felt dated and dusty. Initially, we were disappointed to find we were downgraded without explanation, but later we were moved to a more suitable room with good views.
Service
6.0
While certain staff members were very helpful, especially in attempting to fix our room issue, the overall service experience was marred by a lack of accountability regarding the room downgrade.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located close to the main routes around Belfast, offering easy access to various tourist locations, but not much else stood out.
Dining
9.0
The dining experience was exceptional, with delicious food and exemplary service in the restaurant that truly made our meals enjoyable.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has decent facilities and the pool area looks inviting, though I didn't get to use them during my stay.

I had a lovely stay overall, with our family suite providing plenty of space for my kids and me. The staff were incredibly helpful, making our check-in process smooth after a long flight. However, I found the pool restrictions quite limiting for older kids, which was a bit disappointing. The dining experience was enjoyable, though the options on the patio were limited to the bar menu.
Rooms

Our family suite was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all five of us, featuring a king and queen bed along with a pull-out couch.
Service
9.0
The service was prompt and friendly, particularly during our check-in and dining experiences.
Location

Dining
7.0

Facilities

The indoor pool area was well-maintained but had strict rules for older kids, which was a letdown for our family.
